As a writer, I often put myself in situations that I might not personally be involved in but I envision the emotions and experiences others go through and find ways to express those feelings through our music. Each song I write can be interpreted in so many ways and that is one of my absolute favorite things about the songwriting process, hearing how our music impacted someone in a way that was never intended initially but became something so meaningful to someone else. In life, we are faced with decisions, some that aren’t always clear in the moment but the impact of what we decide can carry tremendous weight often making those decisions even more important. The hardest decisions we make often turn out to be the best decisions we make, you just have to find the inner strength, lean on the support of your friends and family, and ultimately understand that this too shall pass.
